Student Affairs
Student Affairs
The Student Affairs Unit is responsible for developing programmes, advising students, and conducting research to support the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of every student at Royal Girls’ Academy.
The unit is structured into three key areas:
Boarding
Health
Student Advisory Services
Together, these units ensure that each student is supported holistically throughout her journey at RGA.
Learning Is Personal Again
At Royal Girls’ Academy, learning is intentionally personalised. The Guidance Counsellor is actively involved in all processes, procedures, and policies relating to learner management.
An Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is developed for every student at the point of entry into RGA. This ensures that individual differences and learning patterns are identified early, allowing each student to be supported at her unique point of need.
The counsellor also guides students in charting a life plan and career path, which is reviewed and updated regularly as the student grows in character, maturity, and self-awareness.
